ASPIRE is a completely private event space located on the 102^nd floor of One World Trade Center.

ASPIRE has 9,000 Square Feet of usable event space.

ASPIRE can accommodate a variety of event formats and group sizes. For reception-style events, the space can host up to 450 guests, while seated dinners can accommodate up to 250 guests. Weddings are typically suited for up to 175 guests. For conferences, capacity depends on the seating layout and event format, but generally ranges from 150 to 300 attendees.

Unfortunately, The World Trade Center does not have any outdoor space.

We host a wide range of events! From corporate dinners, conferences, product launches, galas, weddings, fashion shows, milestone birthdays, holiday parties and more, our space is an open canvas to bring your imagination to life.

Absolutely! There are multiple branding opportunities throughout entry as well as in the event space.

Yes! We have a substantial inventory of in-house furniture that can be used for your event. Our furniture includes acrylic ghost chairs, acrylic cocktail furniture, round tables, bars, catering tables, etc. Please ask for our full inventory list!

Unfortunately, the World Trade Center does not offer onsite parking or valet, however there are several parking lots within a 1 – 2 block radius from the building.

Yes! Most of the MTA trains stop at or near One World Trade. Please check WTC/Cortland and Fulton Street stops.

We fully service all food and beverage needs and meet most dietary restrictions. We have multiple catering packages available ranging from all-day meetings, to receptions, to three-course seated dinners. If you require faith-based catering, please let us know and we can work together to facilitate.

Yes! Our dedicated banquet culinary team can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Our team is always happy to work with you to accommodate any specific dietary restrictions or requests. Faith-based catering can be serviced through an outside vendor with applied fees.

We’re happy to discuss your catering requirements to see if we can facilitate or if outsourcing is approved.

Unfortunately, due to our liquor license we do not allow outside alcohol. If you have a specific spirit or wine brand you would like to provide for your event please let us know and we will do our best to source it for you.

Yes! We absolutely host wedding ceremonies.

Yes! We have a special signature wedding package available.

While it is possible, we would have to ensure availability of the venue space the day prior.

We can create a bridal suite with drapery within the event space.

Yes! We provide menu tasting for the engaged couple.

Yes! Quite a few of our corporate events are all day meetings that transition into seated dinners or receptions. We often host investor day and c-suite conferences as well.

We work with several external vendors that can provide a full suite of a/v offerings.

Our a/v vendors have executed countless livestream and hybrid meetings in space.

Yes! We can host all different types of social events.

We can work with our culinary team to create a children’s menu that is specific to your event.

We have an extensive list of preferred vendors that we highly recommend. These vendors are already approved with the building and work with us often.

While we encourage the usage of our preferred vendors, we do allow outside vendors as long as they have the proper insurance requirements and can pass building approval. Please note that there is a fee to get outside vendors approved with the building.

Pricing is based on a venue rental fee and a per person catering package. We do not have catering or per person minimums.

Yes! We offer in-person and virtual site visits to all our clients interested in exploring Aspire for thier next event.

As long as availability permits, we would love to book your event! We recommend reaching out as early as possible to ensure availability and to give our team the time to plan and execute to the best of their ability.

We require a signed contract and a deposit payment to confirm your booking.

No, we do not have a minimum guest count or a catering minimum. You can book an intimate dinner for 50 guests or a full cocktail reception for 450 guests.
